When I received my Caron Yarn newsletter this week, something caught my interest. I already love their Simply Soft yarn, but now they offer Simply Soft Eco. This yarn is made of 20% fiber made of recycled plastic bottles. Six bottles are used for every 10 skeins of Eco. According to their website, it is available now in 34 different heathered colors. So far, Eco has recycled over one million bottles creating this special yarn.
