Must Have Items This Holiday Season

This is the time of year that all the recommendations for holiday shopping appear. Well, I decided to do one too! Here are some great (and inexpensive) items for the fiber fanatic in your life!

Creative Crochet Lace: A Freeform Look at Classic Crochet
Myra is a wonderful fiber artist as well as a great person and teacher! Myra's book, Creative Crochet Lace, is a great way to create amazing freeform garments while learning the art of freeform!

Knit Picks Harmony Wood Needles
I do not really knit, but if I did, these would be the needles! I think they are just lovely in the Harmony Wood. Considering the price of these needles, they are a great deal for such a lovely fiber tool!

Think Pink: Crochet for the Cure (Annie's Attic: Crochet)
This is a wonderful way to not just provide someone with a lovely book of crochet patterns, but join the fight against breast cancer! I am proud to have a pattern in this book and just love the truly inventive patterns that are included in this great collection. I highly recommend it!

Spriggs Mini Module Looms
I just purchased the triangle loom set and hope to start using it this weekend! This set is not just lovely to look at in four different wood types, but comes with complete directions at a great price!

Teach Yourself Visually Handspinning (Teach Yourself Visually Consumer)
I have this book and it is a wonderful resource regardless of ability level! I often refer to this book and is one of my "go to" items in my library.

Top Down Sweaters to Crochet
This is definitely on my "to do" list for next year! I have only ever made one sweater and would love to make another one, but use Karen's technique! And at less than $10 on Amazon, it is a real bargain!

I would love to hear what is on your "wish list" this holiday season and what you are purchasing for your fiber-obsessed friends! Please share!

I hope you all enjoy the beginning of this wonderful holiday season!
