For the past 38 years, Peters Valley’s main fundraising event has been their annual Craft Fair which hosts over 10,000 visitors each year. The event is September 27th and 28th at the Sussex County Fairgrounds.

The Peters Valley Craft Fair presents 180 juried artisans, live music, artist demonstrations, community organizations, free kid’s art area and great food. I will be in building three booth 184 under the BOAS (Business of Art in Sussex) organization.

You can find a myriad of art, which includes jewelry, ceramics, woodworking, basketry, glass, leather, clothing, photography, sculpture and more! It is a dynamic feast for the senses.


The Craft Fair will also present a Bluegrass Festival in conjunction with the Pocono Bluegrass Folk Society.

A free kids art area will offer a variety of projects including printmaking, watercolor and tempera painting, found object collage and more!

It’s fun for the entire family and proceeds from the Fair directly support educational programs for adults and children.

Tickets are $7 at the door and children under 12 are free! Please, no pets.
